Consultant in the areas of tax, social security, administrative, contractual and corporate law, with a strong presence in the litigation area. She has extensive experience in serving national and foreign companies, monitoring the daily routine of the tax, commercial and human resources departments. Emphasis on preventive guidance to clients regarding tax and social security matters.

Practice in monitoring federal, state and municipal inspections, together with the company, guiding the client in their conduct, and acting in the administrative and judicial spheres to obtain tax regularity certificates and Cadin cancellation.

Preparation of administrative defenses in general infraction reports; monitoring and discussion in administrative tax compensation processes; filing lawsuits to defend the rights of companies, as well as preparing defenses in tax enforcement proceedings, with or without asset collateral.

Experience in representing companies in administrative disputes in general and, especially, in those arising from public bidding processes, infraction reports issued by Regional Labor Superintendencies, the Central Bank, Procons, among other direct and indirect Public Administration bodies.
